Competitive Landscape

Sigigo operates in a landscape that includes logging, observability, SIEM, audit systems, and blockchain timestamping projects. However, it is differentiated by its focus on independent, cryptographically verifiable evidence.

Logs ≠ evidence

For high-risk AI, Article 12 requires automatic lifetime event recording. Mutable SIEM rows still leave a trust gap when someone outside the operator questions the record. Sigigo is evidence infrastructure on top of that logging duty: witness at the inference boundary, export self-contained evidence packs, verify offline. We do not replace your QMS, ISO dossiers, or policy gateway — only runtime cryptographic proof (Layer 1). See our EU AI Act guide.

Security vs evidence

Some vendors in the “AI regulatory compliance” space — for example Anjuna with confidential computing and secure clean rooms — protect data and code while they run inside hardware-isolated enclaves. Sigigo is different: we witness what happened at the decision boundary — model calls, tool use, overrides — as independently verifiable audit evidence. Runtime privacy and regulatory proof are complementary; if you need high-risk Article 12 automatic logging plus an optional integrity/export layer, you need evidence infrastructure, not only encryption in use.

Key Differentiators

Independent Cryptographic Evidence

Not logs or alerts — proofs third parties verify without trusting Sigigo or your SIEM admin.

Witness at the Inference Boundary

ai_act.* events for model calls, RAG, tool use, and human oversight — not a separate AI control plane.

Private Commitment Mode

Sensitive payloads stay in your vault; Sigigo witnesses signed, unlinkable commitments by default.

Optional Public Anchoring

Merkle roots can anchor externally when policy allows — off by default for EU sovereign profiles.

Evidence Packs

Self-contained export bundles (events, proofs, VERIFY.md) for auditors, investigators, and courts.

Why Sigigo Wins

  • Evidence infrastructure for Article 12 — not a policy gateway or ISO dossier platform.
  • Complements observability and SIEM; auditors verify exported packs offline.
  • Narrow and deep: runtime witness + export. Prove what happened, not just assert it.
