Pay for proof, not log volume

Sigigo certifies important decisions — AI inference, human overrides, Data Act flows — as tamper-evident evidence. Start free, then scale on evidence events, verification requests, and optional anchors.

Indicative rates below. Enterprise and EU programs are custom-quoted.

Evidence events

Certified decisions at inference, oversight, and compliance boundaries — not every debug log line.

Verification requests

API checks and audit workflows. Exported packages verify offline without metering.

Anchors (optional)

Public-chain batch roots when you want an external witness. Off by default for EU-regulated profiles.

Trust capabilities, not log tiers

Plans differ by what you can prove — not how many gigabytes you ship. Public-chain anchoring is an add-on meter, not a separate product.

Pricing FAQ

How meters, trust tiers, and compliance packs fit together.

What counts as a billable evidence event?

A structured event you certify through Sigigo — for example an AI inference boundary, human override, Data Act access request, or workflow decision. Routine application debug logs and SIEM firehose volume are not billable unless you explicitly certify them.

How is this different from Datadog or Splunk pricing?

Observability tools price on log volume and retention. Sigigo prices on certified evidence at decision boundaries — typically far fewer events, with cryptographic proof and audit packages included in the value.

Is public blockchain anchoring required?

No. Cryptographic signing and Merkle batches provide tamper-evident evidence by default. Public-chain anchors are an optional, metered add-on when your legal team accepts an external witness.

Are audit package exports extra?

Standard evidence export and offline verification are included — we do not gate export behind a premium tier. EU Enterprise includes bulk export with no egress fees on standard evidence packages.

What is Private Commitment Mode?

You keep sensitive payloads in your vault. Sigigo witnesses a signed, unlinkable commitment — proving the event occurred without storing prompts or PII. Included on Team and above; default for EU Enterprise.

EU AI Act & Data Act

EU Enterprise

A sovereign deployment profile for European organizations: region-pinned infrastructure, Private Commitment Mode by default, public anchoring off unless legal approves, and bulk evidence export with no egress fees on standard packages.

Region-pinned deployment

Evidence metadata and processing stay in the EU. Payloads can remain in your vault in commitment mode.

Zero egress on export

Standard audit packages and switching exports — no egress fees, aligned with Data Act portability expectations.

Sovereignty defaults

Anchor policy disabled, commitment-friendly validation, and retention profiles tuned for GDPR and Article 12 programs.
